Confidentiality (AT)

This document supplements the contract between Agent On Demand and customers based in Austria and applies in addition to the GDPR and the Austrian Datenschutzgesetz (DSG).

All persons who, on behalf of Agent On Demand, access the customer's personal data are bound by data secrecy under § 6 DSG and have been trained accordingly.

• Access limited to the need-to-know principle
• Prohibition on transmitting data without the customer's instruction
• Confidentiality obligation unlimited in time

All technical, commercial and organisational information made accessible during the relationship is confidential, including agent configurations, scripts, price lists and caller data.

Calls are not recorded or retained as audio. Their content is processed to produce text transcripts and summaries; the customer guarantees that callers receive the information required by Austrian law.

Any suspected breach of confidentiality or data is reported to the customer without undue delay, describing the incident and the measures taken.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Austrian law applies to this document for Austrian customers; the provisions of the main contract remain unaffected.
