Swiss Addendum

This addendum supplements the Data Processing Agreement (DPA) when the customer is based in Switzerland or when processing falls within the scope of the nFADP. In case of conflict, for processing subject to the nFADP this addendum prevails.

• References to the GDPR are deemed extended to the nFADP where applicable
• "Controller" corresponds to "responsible party" under the nFADP
• "Processor" corresponds to "data processor"
• Protection also extends to data of legal entities, where provided
• The competent supervisory authority is the FDPIC (Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner)

Transfers to countries without adequate legislation take place on the basis of the Standard Contractual Clauses recognised by the FDPIC, with the necessary Swiss amendments, and with supplementary measures where required.

Data security breaches with a high risk to the personality or fundamental rights of data subjects are reported to the customer without undue delay, to enable notification to the FDPIC.

We assist the customer in handling requests for access, rectification, deletion and data portability provided for under the nFADP, within the statutory deadlines.
