Privacy Policy (web app)

This notice applies to the Agent On Demand web application, accessible after registration, through which the customer configures its voice agents, reviews calls and manages its subscription. The dedicated notice applies to the showcase website.

For the customer's account data we act as controller. For caller data processed as part of the service we act as processor on behalf of the customer, based on the Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

• Account data (name, email, company, encrypted credentials)
• Billing data and order history
• Agent configuration, scripts and uploaded knowledge base
• Call metadata (date, time, duration, caller number, outcome)
• Text transcripts and call summaries; no audio recordings
• Technical and security access logs

• Service provision and contract management (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)
• Security, abuse prevention and quality improvement (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR)
• Text transcription of conversations to provide the service, based on the contract or the customer's instructions (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)
• Tax and accounting obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR)

If the customer connects CRM, calendar, business or company API systems, the necessary data is transmitted to those systems on its instruction. The customer is responsible for the legal basis of such transmissions and may revoke the integrations at any time from the platform.

Transcripts, summaries and metadata are retained for the period set by the customer, usually 12 months. Account data is deleted within 30 days of contract termination, except for documents subject to legal retention obligations.

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent may be exercised by writing to info@agent-ondemand.com. You may always lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante).
