Providing personal data to visit the site is not required by law or by contract. For certain features, failure to provide the data makes it impossible to use them.

On the website we offer the possibility to try a voice assistant based on artificial intelligence. After providing the necessary data, you can talk to the assistant. The trial conversation is not recorded or retained as audio. Its content is processed solely to produce a text transcript and summary used to provide and improve the service.

Data collected and processed:

• Identification data (first and last name)
• Contact data (email, phone number)
• Company
• Information communicated verbally to the AI assistant

We ask you not to disclose special categories of personal data while using the assistant (ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, genetic or biometric data, health data, or data concerning sex life or sexual orientation). You can avoid this collection by not using the trial service.

To provide the service we use selected suppliers who process data as processors, based on standard contractual clauses or the Data Privacy Framework when data is transferred outside the European Economic Area:

• Infrastructure and hosting providers in the European Union
• Cloud telephony providers for number assignment and call routing
• Speech synthesis, speech recognition and language model providers
• Technical analytics, monitoring and error-prevention providers
• Shopify International Ltd. for order and payment management

Data may also be disclosed to banks and payment service providers, tax advisors, lawyers and debt-collection companies, solely for the stated purposes. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Text transcripts, summaries and call metadata are retained for the period agreed with the customer, usually 12 months, and then deleted. Contractual and tax data are retained for the periods required by law. The customer may request early deletion at any time of data not subject to retention obligations.

We protect personal data with technical and organisational measures appropriate to the state of the art: infrastructure within the European Union, encryption in transit and at rest, pseudonymisation where possible, named access and an access log. The full audit log is available on the Enterprise plan.

The use of raw or derived user data received from Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

This statement applies to all data transmitted to Agent On Demand, a service of Sales on Demand S.r.l., through the Google Workspace APIs.
