Terms and Conditions
1. Subject matter
Agent On Demand provides artificial-intelligence-based voice agents that answer the customer's phone calls, together with a dedicated phone number and access to the platform.
2. Fees
Standard plan: 100 € one-off activation fee and 150 € per month with unlimited calls. Enterprise plan: 1000 € one-off activation fee, including the connection to company APIs, and 700 € per month, all-inclusive, with dedicated support. All amounts are exclusive of VAT.
3. Activation
Activation includes agent configuration, number provisioning, platform connection, testing and go-live. It is due once per activated agent.
4. Fair use
Unlimited calls refer to normal business use of the service. Use for telephone spam, harassment or unlawful activities is prohibited.
5. Term and withdrawal
The subscription is monthly and renews automatically. The customer may withdraw at any time, effective from the expiry of the period already paid. The activation fee is non-refundable once go-live has been completed.
6. Liability
Agent On Demand ensures the highest possible service continuity; any interruptions due to telephone operators or third-party providers are not attributable to the provider. The Enterprise plan includes specific SLAs agreed contractually.
